Senior Healthcare Data Scientist - 246598

We’re looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Scientist to help design and deliver advanced analytics solutions that drive better outcomes, operational efficiency, and innovation across healthcare.

In this role, you’ll apply machine learning, AI, statistics, and operations research to solve complex clinical and business challenges. You’ll lead modeling efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable insights that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using real-world healthcare data.
• Partner with clinical, business, and technology leaders to identify and solve key problems.
• Lead the full analytics lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment and validation.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote analytics best practices across teams.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• PhD (or equivalent experience) in Applied Math, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience applying machine learning, AI, or operations research in healthcare or complex data environments.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Proven experience developing and operationalizing models within enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with NLP, text mining, or deep learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical, EMR, operations, or financial).
