Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Manage campaigns from inception to completion

Gather requirements, recommend, and run project kick-off meetings

Facilitate weekly strategy status meetings

Manage creative through completion to ensure final product is on target with initial creative brief and within approved budget.

Perform quality check on creative before passing through the next review channel to ensure quality and consistency

Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports, allocate resources, communicate key milestones and risks to stakeholders

Ensure projects remain on track and within budget

Support leadership in developing, improving, and administrating the daily operations of departmental systems and processes

Additional duties as assigned

Marketing Operations Specialist

Requirements:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, this individual must be highly motivated, able to multitask and able to work in a fast paced IT environment. Qualified candidates must be able to self direct while working with others.

Other requirements of the role include:

• Associate’s Degree or relevant experience in project management
• 2-3 years of Project Coordination experience
• Comfortable working in a high volume fast paced environment
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Hands on experience with marketing systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details
• Monday.com or Ziflow.io experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Background in managed care or the healthcare industry
• Experience working in an ad agency
• Adobe experience is a plus
