This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sydney, Australia Time (7 a.m to 3 p.m Philippines Standard Time).

We’re now hiring a detail-obsessed Client Success & Website QA Coordinator to support our team in delivering prompt, accurate, and professional service to our clients helping manage website tasks, gather assets, and resolve day-to-day issues with care and precision.
🛠️Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid admin and coordination role where precision, urgency, and clear communication are key. You’ll work closely with our Client Success Managers and internal delivery teams to ensure client requests, especially website and tech-related ones are actioned quickly and accurately.
- Liaise between internal teams, clients, and third parties (e.g. previous marketing agency, IT support) for:
- DNS record access, hosting, domain or website logins
- Site issues (site down, CRM, call tracking or email problems)
- Conduct website quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure edits are implemented correctly and functionality is working as expected (e.g. checking links, forms, mobile responsiveness)
- Submit website edit tasks and client requests into the project management system clearly and accurately
- Help collect and neatly organise client content and brand assets (e.g. before/after photos, videos, logos) in shared folders
- Ensure every client issue or request is followed through from start to resolution without delays
- Communicate with clients via email or phone to follow up on tasks when their Client Success Manager is in meetings
- Support with admin tasks (call review, content requests, report coordination)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Website QA experience: You’ve tested websites before for functionality, mobile responsiveness, broken links, and layout issues. You know how to spot things that don’t look or work right and how to clearly brief developers to fix them.
- Extreme attention to detail: You’ll be reviewing updates made to live websites. Nothing gets past you.
- Highly responsive: You’re the first line of support when urgent requests come in.
- Organised and process-driven: You know where every task and file belongs and follow structured SOPs.
- Accountable: You take ownership and follow through without being chased.
- Excellent communicator: Clear and professional in English (written and spoken), especially when briefing developers or emailing clients.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a role involving website-related tasks such as coordinating website edits, managing content, or performing QA checks. Experience in a digital marketing agency or web team is required.
- Comfortable with digital tools: Google Workspace, Monday.com/ClickUp/Trello, and basic familiarity with website CMS tools or QA platforms.
