Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, beautiful, and conversion-focused digital experiences for our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and driving engagement and sales for our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile e-commerce platforms.
-Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to improve the design experience.
-Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
-I'd like you to collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align design with business goals.
-Apply best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to boost user engagement and sales.
-Optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs), checkout flows, and customer journeys.
-Design with responsiveness and mobile-first principles.
-Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:
-3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
-Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
-Experience working on DTC e-commerce brands or CPG products is a plus.
-Understanding of customer behavior, conversion funnels, and online shopping habits.
-Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
-Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or product-based UX/UI work.
Nice to Have:
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
Branding or graphic design background.
