Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
We are looking for someone who's Hubspot savvy, loves workflows and automations and is keen to experiment with AI. If you are excited by an untapped automation opportunity and want to fix or optimise workflows, this is the role for you.
And when you are not creating campaigns and optimised landing pages you will be running paid ad campaigns and contributing to content and events that are part of our demand generation strategy.
If you enjoy a challenge and seek to tackle them with a hands-on approach, have a proven track record of success in optimising campaigns for maximum impact and ROI, along with a solid understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS products, we want to hear from you.
As part of a small team of marketers, you will be responsible for:
- Running marketing campaigns on Hubspot. This includes EDMs, workflows, sequences, lifecycle emails, forms, lists and reporting.
- Building and updating our website and landing pages, improving UX and optimising for LLMs and SEO.
- Actively experiment with AI makes to make marketing faster and better.
- Contribute with creative ideas around content and events to engage with our audience.
- Overseeing our Google Ads campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and drive revenue growth (with help from third-party agency).
- Setting up, maintaining, and optimising social media advertising campaigns and audiences for maximum impact, ROI, and effectiveness.
You are the one if:
- You have strong HubSpot skills. You've built workflows from scratch, know where the gotchas are, and genuinely enjoy solving problems inside the platform
- You're comfortable in a CMS, can write HTML, and make website changes.
- You use AI tools daily and have real views on what's useful for marketing.
- You follow what's happening in media, PR, and B2B SaaS marketing.
- You're a genuine all-rounder — comfortable writing copy, reading data, briefing a designer, and shipping a landing page in the same week
- 2–4 years in B2B marketing. A background in media, PR, or comms is a genuine advantage
- You have demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team
- You hold experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, FullStory will be highly regarded
- You have previous experience in SaaS products in the B2B space will be highly regarded.
