We are looking for

__Remote | Full-Time | Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia

__At MEDDICC, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and ship high-quality design work at speed. You’ll work directly with a Design Lead and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, turning complex workflows into elegant solutions that help modern sales teams operate at their best.

This isn’t a “make things pretty” design role as you’ll work end-to-end, from research to final UI, contributing directly to how our product feels, functions, and delivers value.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • 100% of core design work ships to production, not parked in Figma or handed off half-baked.
  • ≥90% of handoffs are build-ready (states, logic, edge cases, responsiveness covered) with minimal Engineering clarification.
  • Post-release UX issues drop measurably (fewer support tickets, bugs, or rework tied to design gaps).
  • Design decisions are grounded in user insight and data, not taste, trends, or opinion.

What You'll Do

  • Design with intent: Craft intuitive, user-centered workflows that make MEDDICC’s platform simple, elegant, and delightful to use.
  • Execute and ship: Create polished, production-ready design work, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and QA support.
  • Prototype fast: Build quick prototypes to test ideas, validate assumptions, and gather early feedback with users and the Product Team.
  • Uphold the standard: Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and best practices.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to refine problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ground decisions in user insight: Conduct or support user research, and use data & user feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Solve for complexity: Turn data-heavy, workflow-intensive problems into clear, usable, friction-free experiences.
  • Communicate clearly: Share decisions, present work confidently, and align stakeholders around user-focused outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in Product Design for B2B SaaS and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced Agile teams
  • Experience with building or contributing to Design Systems
  • Proven ability to design UI/UX that solves real problems and drives outcomes for users - not just visual/graphic design
  • Experience conducting or participating in user research, usability tests, and synthesizing insights
  • Ability to design for complex workflows and articulate design rationale simply and confidently
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems.
  • Bonus: experience in workflow-heavy products, ideally tied to sales, enablement, or productivity

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You prioritize aesthetics over usability, outcomes, or impact on the user.
  • You’re content with “good enough” or cookie-cutter designs.
  • You shy away from complexity and prefer simple, visual-only tasks over solving real product problems.
  • You’re slow to ship or hesitant to take ownership of your work from research to final UI.
  • You avoid collaboration, feedback, or iteration and prefer to design in isolation

Other Info + Hiring Process

  • This role will report to the Chief Product Officer
  • This role is fully remote and requires working within UK business hours
  • Candidate process: Resume & Portfolio Screening > HR Screen (20-30 mins) > Design Challenge (±1 hour) > Interview with Chief Product Officer & Design Lead > Culture Fit Interview (C8)
