Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (MERN)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (MERN). The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, overseeing the architecture and development of MERN stack applications, providing technical guidance, and ensuring best practices are followed. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and participating in strategic decision-making to align software solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and critical thinking
• Technical Support experience including Software Installation and Troubleshooting
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and teamwork
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, particularly with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
