Overview

We’re looking for a branding-focused Senior or Mid-Senior UX/UI Web Designer who can develop highly competitive website designs. You could grow into a leadership role based on experience and profile. This is a fully remote role.

We help companies grow visibility and revenue through SEO, content, Webflow, Framer, and go-to-market execution—without the overhead of traditional agencies. Role responsibilities

• Web Design: Create visually stunning and functional websites from scratch; transform outdated sites into modern digital experiences with minimal direction.
• Branding for Web: Develop design systems from scratch, translate brand identity into visuals, and craft cohesive visual experiences; translate branding into effective website design with pragmatic branding processes.
• Illustration & Animation: Create custom illustrations and animations (e.g., Lottie) to enhance websites and differentiation.
• Potential Design Leadership: May lead a small design team (2 people) and collaborate on design strategy and client presentations.
• Client Communication: Maintain weekly updates with clients, present work professionally in English, and discuss new design strategies.
• Time Management & Collaboration: Organize work to meet deadlines; collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, content, marketing) to implement designs effectively.
• Keep Learning: Stay current with industry trends, AI advancements, and new design tools; openness to exploring AI-powered tools.
• Additional opportunities to align interests and development with the role.

About you / Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI web design experience in startup/tech/agency environments.
• Portfolio of high-quality web designs; experience creating design systems that translate brand identity.
• Knowledge of web illustrations and animations (Lottie, After Effects).
• Experience with Figma and relevant design tools; excellent English communication for client calls.
• Located in Americas time zones (SF to Buenos Aires); available immediately for a 3-month probationary period.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects; quick learner who stays current with design trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Branding focus with strong visual storytelling; Webflow experience; Framer experience; illustrations/animations for web.
• Other valuable skills: AI tools to enhance design workflows, basic HTML/CSS, CRO understanding, project management tools.

Weekly cadence for Designers

• Mondays: project status reviews, define weekly tasks, organize in ClickUp.
• Tuesdays–Thursdays: client calls and cross-team collaboration.
• Fridays: fewer client calls; all-hands, connect & chill, English classes, 1:1s, and planning for the next week.

Note: Meaningful operates on a weekly deliverable schedule for all clients, with typical workload of managing 4–5 clients concurrently.
