Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and drive our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, performance marketing, app marketing, customer acquisition,B2C, website management, marketing automation, and data analytics, with the ability to optimize campaigns for growth, engagement, and ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strategize, develop and manage paid digital marketing across AdWords, Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook (Social media Ads) within monthly budget.
• Develop robust conditional email campaigns based on customer interactions with the platform that improves retention.
• Create report around paid marketing funnels to leverage and improve the conversion rate.
• Perform rigorous A/B testing to increase the conversion rate of marketing landing pages.
• Improve on page SEO performance, resulting in page speed improvement and increase organic traffic.
• Drive and manage team comprising marketing associates remotely.
• Enhance and Implement brand promotional events to attract new customers & and incentivize purchases
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging content like story, post, reels and videos.
• Launch and design affiliate marketing program to enhance monthly revenue.
• Outline blog posts design for SEO best practices in content creation.
• Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors who haven't converted.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and other data sources.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on KPI's like website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV), etc.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize UI / UX.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

The Ideal Candidate:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant stream..
• Understanding of digital transformation
• Must have 5-7 years of digital marketing experience handling B2C/ D2C
• In depth knowledge of paid, earned & owned media onsite
• A proven track record of developing and executing strong media plans with D2C success
• Strong demonstration of working cross functionally to get best results.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experienced in App marketing and Customer Acquisition strategies.
• A creative and visionary senior marketing professional with previous experience gained ideally within a dynamic, start-up/high growth brands environment.
• Must have experience working in F&B Industry
• Previous experience of launching new consumer products within brands sectors (ideally food/drink) and brand management.
