The Accountant Growth Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist Contractor to support marketing campaign operations for the Accountant Channel. This channel focuses on delivering financial operations automation solutions to our accounting partners, helping them grow their client advisory services (CAS).
We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to manage gift card sends, fulfillment operations, and budget tracking for marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of sending gift cards, ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time.
Handle logistics for order fulfillment, including inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of all fulfillment activities.
Track and manage budgets for gift card fulfillment and related operations, ensuring expenses are in line with approved budgets and addressing any discrepancies.
Verify SFDC syncs for promotion fulfillment, ensuring data accuracy across campaigns and managing reporting responsibilities.
Provide operational assistance as needed, including potential support for gift card platform validations (if applicable).
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or email marketing.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with email campaigns, promotions, and operational support.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience tracking budgets and marketing campaign results.
Excellent communication and attention to detail

Job Insights:
Remote: The position is fully remote. The role requires 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday, at the same time each day between 12-3 PM PST.
Onboarding Schedule: During the first two weeks, the candidate will be expected to work 10 hours per week (instead of just 5).
Interview Process: There will be two interviews—one with the Lead and a final interview with the Hiring Manager (HM).
Team Size: The team consists of three people—one manager and two direct reports (including this role).
