Overview
MD Hyperbaric is revolutionizing healing, recovery, and wellness through hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). As we grow our medical franchise, we are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead corporate and franchise marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and support franchisee success. If you have healthcare, wellness, or med-spa marketing experience and understand multi-location or franchise marketing, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support new franchise openings, franchise sales, and ongoing patient growth.
- Create and manage an annual promotions calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track and optimize marketing ROI, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
Brand Building & Content Marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and franchise locations.
- Develop engaging content, including blog posts, brochures, social media, and email campaigns, to educate potential franchisees and patients about the benefits of HBOT.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee national digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.
- Launch and manage local social media pages as new franchise locations open.
- Analyze website content, traffic, lead conversion rates, and social media engagement to optimize performance.
Franchise & Local Marketing Support
- Refine local marketing playbooks and toolkits to help franchisees drive patient acquisition.
- Guide franchisees on hyperlocal marketing strategies, including referral programs, community partnerships, and physician outreach.
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and ad platforms for creative, digital, and traditional media initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and execution for paid marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in franchise, healthcare, med-spa, wellness, or multi-location businesses.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email automation.
- Experience managing franchise development marketing and local franchisee support.
- Proficiency in Canva, Marketing CRMs, and social media management tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Growth mindset with the ability to build a marketing engine from the ground up.
