As the Senior Marketing Automation and Personalization Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital marketing initiatives and spearheading the personalization strategies. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive personalization framework that delivers exceptional user experiences across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B marketing personalization strategies that ensure cohesive, omnichannel experiences.
- Translate buyer personas and user data into targeted audience segments.
- Utilize content categorization to deliver customized content effectively.
- Create scalable personalized marketing experiences across various channels.
- Design omnichannel frameworks and coordinate automated email nurture campaigns along with personalized web experiences.
- Collaborate with functional marketing teams—Field Marketing, Global Programs, Marketing Operations, Data and Analytics, and Portfolio Marketing—to align personalization initiatives with customer needs.
- Oversee the optimization of the marketing automation platform (Marketo) alongside Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to enhance customer journeys.
- Contribute to significant cross-functional marketing projects, including intent scoring models, buyer stages, experimental methodologies, technology assessments, and content strategy alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance and digital customer behavior to refine personalization strategies continuously.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of personalization efforts.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support in executing personalization projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on personalization, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. Proficiency with Adobe platforms (Marketo, Target, Analytics) and Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful B 2B marketing automation programs with a focus on personalization.
- Expertise in data analysis and segmentation techniques with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership effectively.
