Our SaaS B2B client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Event Marketing Manager to join our team on long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our event strategy, planning, and execution, with a particular emphasis on trade shows, conferences, and corporate gatherings. You will collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, sales, AI transformation, and product development to ensure that our events are not only aligned with business objectives but also deliver exceptional brand experiences.<
Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals. Identify key industry events that resonate with our target audience and set clear KPIs for measuring success.
- Lead the planning and execution of all events. Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager on logistical aspects such as booth design, staffing needs, lead generation efforts, and post-event follow-up to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Develop and oversee the event marketing budget while ensuring resources are utilized efficiently. Negotiate vendor contracts to maximize return on investment.
- Mentor the Event Marketing Manager and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful event execution while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Evaluate the success of events through data analysis focusing on ROI, attendee engagement, and lead generation. Use insights to refine future event strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors to facilitate seamless event execution. Maintain an up-to-date vendor database for effective communication.
- Work in conjunction with HR to integrate team onboarding processes with marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or a related field with a proven history of successful event management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective vendor management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
