We’re seeking a skilled Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead targeted marketing initiatives for high-value accounts. This role works closely with sales to deliver personalized campaigns that engage key stakeholders and accelerate deal progression in enterprise and mid-market environments.

_Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ABM strategies in partnership with sales teams to engage priority accounts.
  • Execute personalized campaigns using content, digital advertising, direct mail, and custom events.
  • Align with sales to define account plans and measure success based on engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and events teams to ensure messaging resonates with decision-makers.
  • Monitor and optimize ABM programs for performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Use ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) to orchestrate and track campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in ABM or enterprise-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and multi-channel personalization tactics.
  • Proven ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with complex sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise settings.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
