Job Title: Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing

Location: 100% Remote

Hours: Approximately 35-40 hours per week

Duration: 8 weeks, with potential for extension

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing to collaborate in coordinating and managing marketing resources, supporting campaigns and lead generation strategies for Wipfli’s industry growth and go-to-market teams. You’ll work closely with business development teams to enhance demand generation, improve lead quality, and help Wipfli achieve its growth objectives. The focus of this position is on execution and project management rather than strategic campaign development, with a primary emphasis on industry marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Support multi-channel marketing efforts including social media, email, event logistics, and promotional content. Assist with sponsorships and advertising placements as needed.
Oversee campaign workflows and timelines, ensuring seamless coordination of resources to meet marketing objectives.
Develop copy for social media posts, promotional materials, email campaigns, and event-related content.
Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment on content, creative, demand generation, and public relations efforts.
Track campaign results, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
Continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills. Experience with project management software (preferably Wrike) is essential.
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365.
Exceptional writing skills with experience crafting social media content, promotional copy, and email marketing materials.
5-7 years in a similar role, with a focus on campaign execution and multi-channel marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and proactively prioritize tasks.
