Full Stack & DevOps Engineer

Our goal? To empower users with authentic control and human-centered AI experiences—not ad-driven algorithms.

Two of our early products — Thero and Maywaki — are just the beginning.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer with DevOps skills who’s ready to build from zero, help shape the DNA of the company, and lead systems that scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack systems (frontend, backend, infra).
• Implement real-time, AI-driven, and context-aware features.
• Own DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, infra as code, and platform reliability.
• Co-create alongside the founder and AI engineers to shape new-age social products.
• Work autonomously and ship fast in a zero-bureaucracy environment.

We’d Love to See

• 2–5 years of full-stack experience (React/Next.js + Node.js or Python).
• Strong grasp of TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, or Firebase-like stacks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP), Docker, and GitHub Actions.
• You write clean, testable, and scalable code — but ship fast.
• You think product, not just tickets. You’re as comfortable brainstorming UX as you are designing APIs.

Bonus Skills

• Built or contributed to real-time applications (chat, collaboration tools, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or vector DBs like Pinecone).
• Experience building chat interfaces, AI tools, or social apps.
• Have shipped something of your own (a product, tool, OSS project — anything).
• Experience with secure-by-design architectures and scalable infra.
