Full Stack Software Engineer (Cloud & Integrations) - Oxford / Hybrid

You’ll sit at the intersection of cloud architecture, custom development and the HubSpot ecosystem. You’ll write clean, production-grade code, design integrations that connect HubSpot with the wider world, and turn a complex technical design into something that runs reliably, day after day.

You’ll work under the direction of our Technical Consultant on architecture, planning and the code itself - equally happy taking a steer when there’s good reason to, and finding a pragmatic way through when a client’s needs shift mid-project.

This job’s for you if you:

• Care about building things properly - not just so they work today, but so they keep working when things go wrong, get busier, or change.
• Think in terms of contracts, idempotency, observability and replay - not just the happy path.
• Get a kick out of integration puzzles: taking two (or more) systems that don’t naturally talk to each other and making them work together cleanly.
• Are equally at home writing Python on the back end and React on the front end, with Google Cloud (and a bit of Azure/AWS) tying it all together.
• Like a mix of independence and teamwork - you’ll write a lot of the code yourself, but you’ll plan and problem-solve alongside our Technical Consultant and the wider team.

Developers who’ve worked in iPaaS environments, or who’ve built integrations between HubSpot and finance/ERP, events, LMS or other systems. Also anyone comfortable in the Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / SharePoint world, or who already knows their way around the HubSpot CLI, Private Apps and Operations Hub
