Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with daily operations, scheduling, project coordination, and communications. You'll be a key partner in keeping the leadership team focused, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-up actions
- Handle confidential correspondence and information with discretion
- Assist with project management and help drive key initiatives forward
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth communication and execution
- Perform general administrative tasks to support executives
- Proactively anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a fast-paced workload
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $12,000 – $36,000 per year, depending on experience
