Job Description: Graphic Designer:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
• Leaflets, Banners, One-pagers, Brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and effective in conveying key messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Education:

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adequate knowledge of print design and production processes.

• Design Skills:

• Excellent layout, typography, and colour theory skills, Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs and Strong attention to detail.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team and Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience

• Proven track record of successful graphic design projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in designing long-form documents, brochures, leaflets, and power point presentations is a must.
• Experience in designing for digital and social media platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects must be submitted while applying for this job.
