Job Summary

The Director of Data Science, Analytics & AI Enablement will lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives. This role will build and scale a high-performing team to deliver advanced analytics, machine learning solutions, and strong data governance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML models (predictive analytics, GenAI, NLP, recommendation systems).
• Build and manage BI dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools for cross-functional teams.
• Define and implement data governance, data quality, and scalable data architecture.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to align data and AI strategies with business goals.
• Build, mentor, and scale a global team of data scientists, analysts, and AI/ML engineers.
• Drive insights on customer behavior, churn, product usage, and SaaS growth metrics.
• Oversee data integration, MDM, and data catalog initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics/AI; minimum 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong experience in SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML, Snowflake/Databricks, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
