The Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own the visual and experience layer across client engagements and internal products. You'll design high-performing email and SMS campaigns, build out preference centers and opt-in flows, and support web-adjacent assets — all with a sharp eye for brand consistency and conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of design craft and marketing performance. You're not just making things look good — you're designing things that work.
What You'll Do
- Design email templates, campaign assets, and automated flow modules across a range of sophisticated brand identities
- Build and iterate on opt-in experiences including popups, landing pages, and embedded forms with a focus on conversion
- Design preference centers and subscription management UIs that are clean, intuitive, and on-brand
- Collaborate with strategists and developers to translate briefs into polished, production-ready designs
- Maintain and evolve brand systems across multiple client accounts
- Contribute to internal product design work as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of UI/UX or digital design experience, ideally in a marketing, agency, or enterprise environment
- Strong portfolio showing email design, landing pages, or marketing-focused UI work
- Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with email-specific constraints (rendering, responsive design, dark mode)
- A conversion-minded design sensibility — you understand that beautiful and effective aren't mutually exclusive
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing quality or detail
- Comfortable working in an async, remote environment with a high degree of ownership
- Exposure to enterprise or premium consumer brand work
- Interest in building repeatable systems and templates, not just one-off assets
