Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing digital and print creatives for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives in line with client requirements and brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will translate concepts and briefs into visually engaging layouts, create illustrations and icons, and prepare final files for production and web publishing. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and development teams, refining designs based on feedback, maintaining consistency across visual assets, and staying updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills in areas such as layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar software).
• Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop concepts, and present design options to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in preparing production-ready files and optimizing graphics for web and print.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital creatives, and marketing materials.
