Marketing Communications Coordinator
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join one of our enterprise clients on a project initiative focused on expanding and optimizing marketing collateral for both internal and external audiences. This role will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the Head of Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise-level experience supporting large-scale clients.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating written content, branded collateral, and video editing projects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and video editing skills.
- Experience developing content across multiple channels: print, digital, email, and multimedia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in brand voice and design.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional photos and video clips at client summits/events.
- Edit short post-event recap videos incorporating photos, slides, attendee/host/trainer/sponsor clips.
- Distribute thank-you emails with embedded videos tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Build and maintain a repository of branded templates for ongoing program optimization.
- Create videos, PDFs, templates, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine strategies and support campaign execution.
