💻 Web Engineer – Fintech Client

About the Role

We are hiring a Web Engineer to join one of our top fintech clients known for building award-winning financial products. You’ll work within a cross-functional squad to deliver a world-class trading and investing experience across desktop and mobile web.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, scalable web products using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS techniques
• Own features end‑to‑end: from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop internal tools and reusable frameworks to improve engineering efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA to ship elegant and reliable user experiences
• Contribute to improving the developer experience by maintaining platform libraries and toolchains

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Proficient with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript best practices
• Experience building complex UIs and working with component libraries or design systems
• Understanding of performance optimization, testing (e.g., Jest, Playwright), and accessibility standards
• Passion for building user-focused, secure, and maintainable applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
