The company are a leading FinTech organisation with a reputation for being the disrupter in the industry. Following significant recent investment, they are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive the full growth marketing function across their solution portfolio. They sell mainly into professional services clients such as accountancy and tax etc. This role brings a fantastic opportunity to make a real impression on the growth of the business taking full ownership for the demand generation activities that will help them scale to their next goal.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and be the engine behind demand generation, paid media, SEO, email and CRM strategy, with a clear commercial goal. They are looking for someone who can think across channels, move fast to get things done and someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling their sleeves up to execute it.
Ideally you will have experience working for a scaling PE backed SaaS organisation with a number of years experience in Growth Marketing. Experience of working for a FinTech selling into SMB clients (10-500 employee firms) would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute integrated demand generation programmes
- Own the full funnel from top-of-funnel awareness through to MQL, SQL and closed revenue
- Work closely with the SDR and AM teams to align marketing activity with sales motion and ensure lead quality
- Develop competitor displacement campaigns targeting prospects
- Paid media and performance
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn and Meta
- Manage agency relationships and hold external partners accountable to performance
- Build and optimise landing pages, conversion flows and A/B testing programmes
- Report on paid performance against pipeline contribution
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives organic growth
- Commission and brief content that serves both search intent and sales enablement needs
- Identify content gaps across the buyer journey and fill them with assets that convert
- Email, CRM and HubSpot
- Build and optimise email programmes for acquisition, cross-sell, onboarding and retention
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 to 8 years of growth marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working within a PE backed scale up environment a huge plus
- Proven track record of building pipeline and contributing directly to revenue
- Strong HubSpot experience across workflows, lists, reporting and lead scoring
- Hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A genuine understanding of SEO, both technical and content-led
- Experience running email programmes at scale with a clear grasp of segmentation and personalisation
- Commercial mindset, thinking in pipeline and revenue not just campaign metrics
- Excellent written communication across briefs, subject lines and strategy documents
- Experience in UK accountancy, fintech or professional services software
- Experience working with or managing external growth marketing agencies
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into executable marketing plans
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, attribution and performance reporting
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
- Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively across sales, product and marketing
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results without needing direction on every task
