Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Content Development
- Design high-impact visual assets across social, digital ads, web, and brand materials.
- Translate client objectives into bold, scroll-stopping creative that delivers a clear “wow” factor.
- Develop and maintain brand asset systems (logos, typography, color palettes, templates) for consistency and scalability.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate production, generate concepts, iterate faster, and push creative boundaries.
- Continuously explore and test new AI tools, trends, and formats to improve both efficiency and creative output.
Ownership & Performance
- Design with performance in mind, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Manage multiple design projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards.
- Proactively research, test, and implement new AI tools to continuously improve creative quality, speed, and overall output.
- Ensure all deliverables are polished, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Collaborate with strategists, video, and web teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback while maintaining strong creative standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming and bring forward innovative, forward-thinking ideas.
- Take ownership of delivering work that impresses both clients and internal teams.
The Experience & Qualifications You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating bold, high-performing creative across digital, social, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Figma or Canva.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience building and working within brand systems.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (or a demonstrated ability to quickly adopt them) to enhance design workflows and output.
- Self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, figure things out independently, and execute at a high level.
- Able to manage feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
