There will be a strong focus on always-on content that drives engagement, association, and connection. This setup requires a lean, cross-functional team that thrives on agility, fast feedback loops, and cultural fluency.
About the Role
- Oversee daily social media channel operations, including social media calendar setup and maintenance, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and social listening.
- Support with end-to-end social media executions from creative ideation and optimising platform-native content.
- Manage and optimise paid media budgets and campaigns, using performance data to drive efficiency and impact.
- Act as the go-to social all-rounder, balancing operational excellence with creativity and agility and being the voice of the audience.
- Serve as deputy to the Social Media Director, stepping up when needed and ensuring continuity in strategy and delivery.
About You
- 6+ years in social media marketing with a history of managing high-performing campaigns.
- Proven expertise in social media channel management, paid media, and community building in high-growth or agency environments.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and channel management across major platforms.
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker, confident in advising clients and mentoring team members.
- Deep awareness of evolving social trends and algorithms to stay ahead of the curve.
