About Mash

Mash is a global agency that curates bespoke teams that solve brand challenges. With a mission to empower the world to work for itself, we’ve rapidly and proudly matured into one of the most vibrant agency and talent services platforms - curating bespoke teams for start-ups, SMEs, and some of the world's most revolutionary brands.

‘The Mash approach’ means effectiveness is the force behind every talent, project and creative solution we offer. We mean it when we say this – “Client’s success is our KPI.”

Our approach and the (flexible) work

We run things a little differently at Mash. We mean it when we talk about ‘ownership’ and ‘autonomy’ - you’ll get heaps of both with plenty of support from the HQ team.

This role is technically remote but there may be days and times (truly not often) when you’re required to be on-site with the client or jam out a few things with a team at a co-working space.

About you

  • You’re a self-starter.
  • You’re a collaborator.
  • You’re ambitious.
  • You’re reliable.

Sound like you?! Great! Let’s Mash.

About the Client

Our client is a global technology giant celebrated for its innovative products, services, and design-led approach that enriches the daily lives of people and businesses worldwide.

As a Creative Designer for their Devices & Services arm, you’ll bring the brand to life through compelling visual storytelling and campaign design. You’ll work across a diverse range of touchpoints, from product launches and retail campaigns to digital assets and experiential activations — ensuring every execution reflects the brand’s tone, creativity, and visual identity.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with regional marketing, brand, and retail teams to conceptualize and produce high-impact creative assets that engage consumers and drive brand consistency. You’ll balance creativity with strategic intent, transforming briefs into visually distinctive designs that resonate across global and local markets.

The Role:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets across digital, print, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into visually compelling concepts and executions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, production, and external agencies) to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
  • Adapt and localize global creative toolkits and guidelines for regional and local markets.
  • Develop presentation decks, storyboards, mock-ups, and campaign visuals for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity, tone, and quality standards.
  • Stay current with design trends, digital innovation, and cultural insights to keep creative work relevant and forward-thinking.

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in global brands, tech, lifestyle, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with motion or 3D tools is a plus.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working across regional and global teams.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and crafting designs that move people and strengthen brand impact.

What’s on offer

  • Remuneration - competitive salary and benefits
  • Ownership - you can own and run your scope; the HQ team is always here to support
  • Impact - we are obsessed with effectiveness and delivering results.

Please note. Due to the high volume of applications, we unfortunately can’t get back to each and every one of you and only successful applications will be contacted. Also, when you share your details with us, we consider this as consent for us to use your data during the application process.
