This role focuses on operational program management and partner marketing support to help drive efficiency, process improvements, and partner communications. You will work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance partner experiences, and support marketing initiatives with strong execution, reporting, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both backend operations and partner-facing communications.

Responsibilities

Operations Program Management:
Design, document, and optimize process workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain operational processes and tracking mechanisms to support ISV marketing programs.
Ensure tracking and reporting for process excellence, including SLAs and stakeholder hand-offs.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing scalable solutions for better execution.
Partner Communication & Program Support:
Send emails to ISV partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Support partner outreach initiatives, providing relevant program information, updates, and guidance.
Draft clear, concise, and engaging copy for partner communications and marketing resources.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate messaging and responses to partner inquiries.
Reporting & Analytics:
Utilize Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and workflow management.
Conduct basic data analysis and reporting to track marketing program performance and partner engagement.
Assist in audience segmentation and tracking for scaled partner marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization:
Work with Cloud systems, incentive operations, and communication teams to support partner marketing execution.
Provide input on marketing automation and workflow improvements for partner programs.
Assist in the development of playbooks and resource guides for internal and external use.

Required

Skills & Experience

Experience in operations, partner marketing, or program management within a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.) for tracking and documentation.
Strong common sense and ability to manage email communications professionally and effectively.
Basic experience with analytics and reporting, including tracking marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for partner-facing emails and materials.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred

Experience in ISV partner marketing or working within an ISV partner ecosystem.
Background in marketing operations, incentive programs, or campaign execution support.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools for partner tracking and outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university.
5+ years of experience in experiential marketing.
Experience in public sector marketing, political campaigns, or advocacy initiatives.
Strong budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with agility and flexibility.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills in corporate settings.
Proven ability to independently lead major programs and strategize at a high level.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
