Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Consultant to support a high-performing marketing and go-to-market team through the strategic execution of field events and programs. This individual will own end-to-end event logistics, communications, stakeholder engagement, and post-event analytics. The ideal candidate brings agency-level execution, a proactive approach, and deep familiarity with enterprise event production at scale.
Agency Skills And Minimum Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience leading the planning and execution of a wide range of events—including conferences, tradeshows, customer experiences, webinars, and internal summits.
- Familiarity with event management and live-streaming platforms to execute both in-person and virtual experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple high-impact events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proficient in tools like CRM systems and spreadsheets for tracking leads, attendee engagement, and event ROI.
- Skilled in internal stakeholder management, including creating progress updates, event outcome summaries, and driving post-event follow-ups with GTM teams.
- Strong external relationship management, including working with speakers, partners, vendors, and attendees.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and agencies on event content, branding, and visual assets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity and manage event workstreams independently.
Training & Operational Requirements
- Ability to ramp up quickly and operate independently with minimal onboarding. Consultant is expected to lead onboarding and training for internal support teams, with the client providing platform-specific instruction as needed.
- Reliable internet connection is required to support virtual meetings and live-streamed events.
- Must be based in the United States.
Field Event Logistics & Management
Event Setup
- Build and manage event registration pages.
- Set up virtual broadcast infrastructure and streaming logistics.
- Support creative asset development and brand alignment.
- Book venues and manage physical setup, including signage, materials, and branded giveaways.
Content Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event content is finalized and ready.
- Organize speaker rehearsals and production dry-runs.
- Upload relevant materials to event portals and post-event repositories.
Event Communications
- Draft and distribute event invitations, reminders, and confirmation emails.
- Create follow-up communications and attendee surveys.
- Manage access to post-event recordings and presentation decks.
Event Promotion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely promotion through relevant channels.
- Partner with sales or GTM functions to distribute promotional assets.
Live Event Production
- Oversee event run-of-show and speaker flow.
- Manage live content delivery, speaker transitions, and audience engagement. Facilitate interactive elements like Q&A sessions, polling, and breakout discussions.
Post-Event Activities
- Analyze survey feedback and event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, watch time, views).
- Coordinate lead handoff and follow-up activities with sales and marketing teams.
- Draft event recaps, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
Swag & Collateral Management
- Manage branded merchandise inventory and distribution.
- Track budgets and vendor coordination for event collateral.
Ongoing Program Management
- Maintain reporting dashboards and tracking systems. Stay informed on updates to internal tools and event platforms.
