Who are we looking for?
As a Marketing Delivery Analyst in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Performance Marketing Quality Control team, you will perform quality reviews of marketing materials across multiple Lines of business and channels prior to their release into the marketplace. You will be responsible for performing Centralized QC functions, ensuring digital and print marketing creatives accurately reflect offer build and/or marketing requirements. You will be expected to continuously provide and meet high quality standards with an eye for detail to ensure our customers, both internal and external, receive the most accurate information possible. In this fast paced, dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to partner with many stakeholders across multiple lines of business, as well as other execution teams.
e Email Quality Control personal with Spanish language proficiency who will manage all aspects of an Email Quality Control procedure, including, but not limited to, reviewing of BRD documents, making sure that final email matches the requirement of the marketer by doing various reviews such as EPI Peer Review, Asset Intake review, M2M and List based Pre-Deployment reviews. In this role, you will be required to participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulatory, new partner or product launches. You are also expected to easily adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with many stakeholders throughout Marketing Services. This position requires experience working with off-site stakeholders while performing with a high level of accuracy.
Responsibility:
• Follow process and procedures to perform QC validations and demonstrate strong attention to detail to identify issues in marketing material prior to release into the Marketplace.
• Partner with various teams in the execution of Marketing campaigns, development of associated quality tests and the creation of process/procedures.
• Facilitate dialogue with respective stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standards established by Compliance, Marketing Execution and Marketing.
• Identify process simplification opportunities within manual validation processes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of QC initiatives.
• Adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations.
• Participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulation, new partner or product launches.
• Demonstrate strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet aggressive timelines.
• Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Execute well under pressure and excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a team environment to develop and maintain positive relationships
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to apply appropriate tools and level of analysis to all situations
Required Skills:
• Experienced with Quality Assurance/Quality Control/UAT preferred
• Experienced with Marketing materials preferred
• Ability to read/write/speak Spanish fluently preferred

Qualification:
• 4-year college degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Spanish language proficiency.
