Role

We’re looking for talented developers to join our core product team, either as a Full-Stack Developer or a Front-End Developer.

You’ll work closely with our CTO, UI/UX designer, and the rest of the team to bring the Marv platform to life and shape its future.

What You’ll Do (depending on your chosen role)

Full-Stack: Build backend features, APIs, admin tools, and internal systems to support product and marketing
Front-End: Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, build responsive layouts, and optimise user-facing performance
Collaborate with other developers to integrate features quickly and efficiently
Work on marketing-related components
Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment cycles
Ensure code quality, scalability, and a great user experience

What We’re Looking For

Full-Stack: Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend tech + Angular (primary), plus familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Front-End: Strong experience with Angular (primary), plus HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript mastery
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern development workflows
Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and self-driven
Comfortable collaborating remotely in an early-stage, fast-paced environment

Compensation

Phantom shares only until funding. At the funding event, phantom shares will be cashed out according to the Phantom Shares Plan based on the company's valuation.
