Reports to: Founder
MarTecha is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Specialist who is also proficient in Salesforce. You'll play a critical role in implementing and migrating HubSpot platforms, as well as configuring and maintaining workflows, automations, reporting, and CRM architecture to ensure efficient and effective operations for our clients. The candidate needed for this position must have excellent written and verbal English skills and be willing to work Central Time USA hours.

Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration and optimization of the HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs for multiple MarTecha clients.
- Manage the end-to-end HubSpot implementations and migrations with attention to detail.
- Ensure data hygiene, manage custom properties, and support integrations with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Google, Zapier).
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and pipeline metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Uncover best practices for lead management, campaign tracking, and pipeline optimization based on the unique needs of each client.
- Create documentation of Hubspot processes and visualizations of workflows for internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify innovative solutions to improve performance.
Salesforce Campaign Management:
- Create and manage Salesforce Campaigns to support various marketing tactics and initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking of attribution and performance.
- Align Salesforce campaign structure with lead lifecycle stages, reporting requirements, and overarching marketing strategy, including proper parent campaign hierarchy.
Splash Page Management:
- Build and maintain campaign landing pages in Splash to support marketing events, ensuring accurate event details and design elements for the brand.
- Create Splash thought-leadership pages for paid media campaigns.
- Build and QA registration forms, ensuring all required fields are included and additional fields are added as needed for specific events.
- Set up reminder emails and schedule sends to the appropriate attendee list.
- Generate unique tracking links to monitor campaign performance and initiatives.
Pardot Marketing Automation:
- Host reports using Pardot Form Handlers to capture and route leads appropriately.
- Upload and manage hosted PDFs in Pardot for use in email and landing pages.
- Import registrant data from Splash into Pardot to ensure a seamless transition of contacts into nurture or follow-up workflows.
- Perform regular uploads of lead lists into Pardot, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with segmentation rules.
Paid Advertising Operations:
- Clean lead lists by adding proper formatting and enrich lead data by adding missing fields.
- Evaluate lead qualifications and assign MQL status to appropriate contacts.
- Ensure all finalized lead lists are uploaded correctly and on time into Pardot for further marketing automation.
Project Management
- Track and manage all tasks and project progress in Monday.com to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Provide the Founder with weekly data readouts and performance summaries for client presentations.
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams, making sure all deadlines are met and shifting needs are proactively managed.
- Maintain strong organizational systems to gather updates, resolve blockers, keep projects on track, and inform internal team members of real-time statuses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of English verbal and writing experience
- 5+ years of experience working with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including implementations and migrations (certifications a plus).
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Pardot is a plus).
- Solid background in CRM strategy, creating dashboards, and building reports that drive decision-making.
- Understanding of marketing automation workflows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to think critically and get things done.
