What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS, CPA efficiency, and growth.
- Run creative testing frameworks and collaborate with our creative team on ad concepts.
- Oversee tracking and attribution: pixels, Meta CAPI, GA4, and conversion events.
- Produce performance reports and deliver actionable insights for clients.
- Stay on top of platform updates, new betas, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience running high-spend performance campaigns ($100k+/mo).
- Proven success scaling DTC/eCommerce brands.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
- Strong grasp of attribution models, data analysis, and tracking setups.
- Hands-on with analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or Triple Whale/Northbeam.
- A data-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid channels.
- Familiarity with incrementality testing and deeper measurement frameworks.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients/accounts simultaneously.
