Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will lead the design process from ideation to final execution, creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Mentor junior designers and review design outputs for quality and consistency.

Requirements

Must-Have:

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Design icons, banners, infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos as needed.
Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional digital products.
