Markovate is looking for a Product Marketing & Growth Specialist to build market demand, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure our solutions reach the right audience, create meaningful customer demand, and consistently generate high-quality opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

This is a growth-focused role where marketing is measured by business impact. You'll own the complete growth engine—from market positioning and Go-to-Market strategy to SEO, content, digital campaigns, and demand generation. Every initiative should be designed to attract the right customers, strengthen market presence, and convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for marketers who are ready to take end-to-end ownership of growth and are looking for an opportunity to build, experiment, and create measurable business impact.

This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the expectation of working closely with cross-functional teams. Depending on business requirements, the role may transition to a full-time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll define market positioning, messaging, and Go-to-Market strategies that clearly communicate the value of our solutions and ensure they resonate with the right target audience. By understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning, you'll create strategies that strengthen brand perception and generate sustained market demand.

A core responsibility of this role is building a predictable lead generation engine. You'll design and execute high-impact growth campaigns that attract qualified prospects, nurture customer interest, and contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue. Every marketing initiative should have clear business objectives and measurable outcomes.

SEO will be a key growth lever. You'll own and execute advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, working closely with our developer and content writer to optimize website performance, landing pages, content, and conversion funnels. Your focus will be on increasing organic visibility, improving search performance, and converting traffic into qualified business opportunities.

You'll leverage content marketing, social media, thought leadership, email marketing, and other digital channels to educate potential customers, build credibility, and generate consistent inbound demand. Through customer research, competitor analysis, and market insights, you'll continuously identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve campaign effectiveness.

Success in this role will be measured by the quality of leads generated, pipeline growth, organic visibility, conversion rates, campaign performance, and overall marketing contribution to business growth. You'll continuously analyze results, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing within a SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology company.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation, qualified lead acquisition, Go-to-Market execution, product positioning, and growth campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO), digital acquisition, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, executes independently, and is comfortable making strategic marketing decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Creative, analytical, and commercially minded, with the confidence to experiment, take calculated risks, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Design.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering measurable results with a high degree of ownership.
  • Passionate about AI, emerging technologies, and building products that create real business impact.
