Marketri LLC is a B2B strategic marketing consulting firm serving mid-sized, growth-oriented companies throughout the U.S. We are on the hunt for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager—a true "jack of all trades"—to join our dynamic and growing team.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be one of the driving forces behind our clients' marketing programs, assisting with setting their strategies and executing on campaign assets and deliverables alongside our Marketing Directors and CMOs.
This role requires a proactive individual who is a self-starter, an innovative problem solver, and an excellent communicator. You should have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Account Coordination:
Assist in managing multiple client accounts, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project components are on track and aligned with client goals
- Update project management system, Teamwork, with meeting notes, tasks, and timelines
Digital Marketing:
Lead and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts, including:
- Developing landing pages and email marketing campaigns
- Setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows
- Managing social media content and scheduling
- Coordinating paid media campaigns with vendors or subcontractors
- Updating and monitoring websites
- Creating short-form content for campaigns
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Assist in the due diligence and strategic marketing planning processes for new clients, including digital analysis, competitor reviews, SWOT analysis, market research, marketing technology reviews, campaign ideation, buyer personas, and budget recommendations
Webinar and Event Planning and Marketing:
Assist in planning, organizing, and marketing clients' events, such as trade shows, conferences, virtual events, and webinars
Analytics and Reporting:
- Gather and review metrics for client reports using tools including HubSpot, Looker Studio, or ClicData, ensuring data is accurate and presents a clear story
- Collaborate with account team to analyze data and identify actionable insights and campaign improvements
Ideal Candidate:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take on challenges
- Minimum of 6 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing
- Marketing agency experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), project management software (Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
