• Acting as the founder’s go-to for scheduling, client coordination, and daily operations
• Jumping on calls and booking meetings with clients alongside the founder
• Managing inboxes, calendars, and communications with top-tier clarity and tone
• Helping set up and maintain automations through tools like Zapier, HubSpot, Go High Level, or Zoho
• Supporting marketing and client onboarding systems (MailChimp, CRMs, workflows, etc.)
• Spotting inefficiencies and proactively suggesting smarter systems or tools

🔧 What You Bring:

• Exceptional communication skills — spoken and written
• Comfort and professionalism on client-facing calls
• High level of organization, accountability, and reliability
• Experience with automation tools, CRMs, email marketing platforms
• Tech-savviness — you’re the person who figures out new platforms before anyone else
• Bonus if you’ve worked in a marketing, agency, or founder support environment
