Full-Time Social Media Manager

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Ecuador – preferably Guayaquil or Samborondón)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fast-Paced Team Environment

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-focused Social Media Manager to oversee our internal team and ensure that all workflows run smoothly. Our company currently manages over 300 social media accounts, and in this role, you will directly manage three Social Media Managers to maintain daily performance and quality.

About the Role

You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and the CEO. Your goal is to ensure that our daily operations are fast, clean, and precise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all social media messages are responded to within 30 minutes
• Overseeing same-day design and approval of content for all accounts
• Reviewing every post to ensure accuracy and professionalism
• Communicating clearly and holding managers accountable for their tasks
• Occasionally joining client calls to maintain alignment and support

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher, spoken and written)
• Expert in Canva and experienced in social content workflows
• A proactive communicator who anticipates issues and resolves them quickly
• Confident in holding others accountable to deadlines and expectations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment
