The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Build and manage an influencer marketing program focused on the US market to begin with and expanding internationally moving forward.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers (fitness/fashion/culture focus)
- Source and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) for social channels
- Manage organic social channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok), including scheduling, content planning, and engagement
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms
- Track and report performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with Bryan to align content and campaigns with business goals
Three Key Priorities
- Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management – Own and grow a program that drives brand reach and credibility
- Social Media Execution – Post consistently and creatively using influencer content and brand assets
- Create a Reporting Process - Align activity with business KPIs
The Person
- 3–4 years in influencer marketing and social media management
- Agency experience or experience in fashion/fitness/eCommerce brands
- Comfortable managing influencer relationships and negotiations
- Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief and manage/QA video content
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and content repurposing workflows
- Experience working in lean or startup teams with high agency
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: R37,000 - R43,500 per month (depending on experience)
