Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead
Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
Salary: ₹100,000/month

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead who is first and foremost a hands-on designer while also acting as the quality bar-raiser for the creative team. Around 70% of your time will be spent designing and producing client assets directly — from graphics and storyboards to social media creatives and campaign visuals. The remaining time will be dedicated to quality oversight, mentoring, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects.
This is a role for someone who can execute at a high standard, while also guiding others to raise their work to that level. Every asset leaving the design team should be client-ready, on brand, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution (Core Focus — ~70%)
- Produce high-quality creative assets: social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
- Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
- Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
Creative & Quality Oversight (~30%)
- Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond “baseline” execution.
Team & Project Support
- Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
- Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
- Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
- Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

- A mid-to-senior designer with exceptional visual skills and a portfolio of high-quality work.
- Expert in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution.
- Confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
- Comfortable managing workload independently while also mentoring others.
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
