Marketing Done Right (MDR) is looking for a dedicated, full-time Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. We aren't looking for a typical social media manager; we need a technical "A-Player" who can own our lead-gen engine from end-to-end. Role

This position serves as the engine for our lead generation and automation ecosystem. You will lead the strategy and execution of Meta ads and GHL funnels, ensuring every lead is nurtured and delivered to our clients with 100% efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize Meta and Yelp ad campaigns to drive high-intent leads.
  • Manage the GoHighLevel (GHL) ecosystem, including workflow builds and email campaigns.
  • Design and maintain Zapier integrations for seamless lead flow and real-time notifications.
  • Oversee the technical health and conversion performance of end-to-end sales funnels.

Results

  • Successful delivery of high-quality, qualified leads to client accounts.
  • Achieving a 100% success rate in automated lead notifications and data transfers.
  • Measurable improvements in lead conversion through optimized GHL nurture sequences.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Meta Ad Management at an expert level.
  • Technical Mastery: At least 2+ years of experience working deeply with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier.
  • Technical Skills: Proven track record in GHL automations, funnel management, and creating high-converting email nurture campaigns.
  • Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and obsessed with lead generation ROI.

Bonus Skills:

  • Email Campaigns: Proven experience in creating complex email nurture campaigns and managing end-to-end sales funnels.
  • Post-Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience specifically managing Yelp Ads.

Monthly Salary of $1200 - (Note: there's a 3-month probation period for this role)
