The Manager of Design Services (UX Design Manager) leads the design and user experience practice for Maritz digital products. This role involves leading a team of designers, researchers and front-end developers, setting design standards, and ensuring that our products meet user needs and business goals.

Primary Responsibilities
40% Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, researchers and front end developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality design work. Monitor progress on deliverables, and present to leadership.
30% Strategy: Develop and implement the UX strategy, aligning it with the company's brand identity and product goals. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices for the team.
30% Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Support rapid prototyping and usability testing to validate design concepts.
