About the Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:
Supporting lead generation with content creation:
- Own the creation of high-quality such as landing pages, feature web pages, product datasheets, presentations and case studies to effectively enable lead generation.
- Own content creation process from planning to execution, ensuring content is customer outcome oriented, professional and impactful, working with designers to reach high-quality designs for content that resonates.
- Develop messaging frameworks for existing and new features, based on inputs from product stakeholders that centre on customer outcomes.
- Develop and own a content roadmap to support lead generation, sales, customer success and product tied to lead objectives.
Sales enablement:
- Work with the Group Sales Enablement function to provide teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell including presentations, sales decks, playbooks, battlecards and ABM related material.
- Own monitoring & tracking of leads and MQLs with lead gen marketer input to be reported to our
- Group Sales lead.
- Collaborate closely with customer success teams to develop customer engagement programs aimed at driving product adoption and usage.
Market research and analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research with PMM team to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the maritime industry.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new feature development and enhancements.
- Conduct customer interviews to develop and test market opportunities and messaging.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically at least 2 years of product marketing experience in Enterprise and ABM focussed teams or businesses.
- Proven content creation skills and ability to provide examples of content that has been created from inception to execution.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- University degree.
- Startup or maritime experience a bonus.
