About Marco: Marco connects the top 1% of global professionals with ambitious, fast-growing companies. We believe the future of work is borderless—and that exceptional people come from anywhere.

The Role & Our Client:

We are beginning to source candidates for a key upcoming client engagement, and Funnel & Paid Media Manager is one of the most consistently recruited roles in our entire network—every founder-led brand we place into eventually hires this exact seat. Applying here adds you to our active LATAM performance-marketing talent database. You'll be considered for this engagement and for the Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth, and Marketing Ops searches that come online with our clients in the months ahead.

The profile we recruit for is a full-funnel owner, not a media buyer. One owner accountable from ad creative through CRM hand-off—Meta and Google ads, the lead-magnet offer, landing page conversion, tracking, attribution, and the CRM build. This isn't a button-pushing seat. We recruit for performance marketers who have owned the operational backbone underneath the ad account, not just the ad account itself.

If you're a performance operator in LATAM who wants direct contact with U.S.-based founders and a real seat at the table—not agency-side execution—we'd love to know you exist.

Responsibilities – What You'll Do:

  • Own Meta Ads and Google Ads end to end—strategy, campaign build, daily optimization, budget pacing, audience structure, and creative testing cadence.
  • Own the lead-magnet offer end to end—concept, copy brief, landing page, fulfillment—and iterate on it based on lead quality, not just volume.
  • Build and iterate landing pages and conversion paths; run CRO testing across creative, copy, and landing experience.
  • Stand up and maintain the pixel and conversion API integrations (Meta CAPI, Google enhanced conversions, GTM); own UTM hygiene and attribution methodology end to end.
  • Own the CRM build and operational backbone behind the lead engine—whether the client is on GoHighLevel, Close, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or comparable.
  • Map and maintain lead-routing logic from form submit through call booked—webhooks, automations, integrations, hand-offs.
  • Brief creative variants weekly; partner with the copywriter on hook testing and offer rotation.
  • Own the weekly performance dashboard covering CAC, CPL, ROAS, and lead-quality metrics by channel—and forecast spend, lead volume, and meetings booked.
  • Audit and fix tracking gaps proactively, before they become reporting gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-assisted creative iteration, automated reporting, and personalization at scale.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years owning paid media end to end—Meta and Google at minimum—with hands-on experience in both the ad account and the systems underneath it.
  • Background at a LATAM SaaS, fintech, or DTC team—or at a performance agency where you led full-funnel accounts with direct client ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM stacks (GoHighLevel, Close, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Active Campaign) and lifecycle hand-offs.
  • Comfort with Meta CAPI, Google enhanced conversions, Google Tag Manager, and basic SQL or Looker-style reporting.
  • Track record of meaningful CAC or ROAS improvement on at least one account you owned outcome-to-outcome.
  • Strong English—written and spoken—is required. You'll report weekly to a U.S. founder or marketing lead.
  • Bonus: prior experience in financial services, professional services, premium DTC, or high-consideration B2C categories.

Details:

  • Work Location: Remote
  • Work Timezone: U.S. (PST/EST)
  • Compensation: $2,300-$3,200/month USD
  • Supportive leadership team and growth-oriented culture
