Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / CEOAbout the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Growth Marketing Director to lead
our Fintech’s customer acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. In this leadership
role, you will own the growth marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and
collaborate across teams to scale customer growth and lifetime value. You’ll be a key driver
in building and optimizing the marketing funnel and maximizing ROI.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of
scalable growth strategies across appropriate tools ex. HubSpot, Active Campaign,
SEO, automated demos, email, referral, partnerships, Clearbit, Databox, lifecycle
marketing, and more.
• Own the Funnel: Optimize the full customer journey—from top-of-funnel brand
awareness to conversion and retention.
• Performance Marketing: Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns (Google
Search, Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Marketing Analytics & Attribution: Analyze campaign performance, segment
audiences, and use data to refine strategies and forecast growth.
• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Run rapid tests to identify and validate high-impact
growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, Data, and Creative
teams to align growth efforts and ensure consistent messaging and experience
across touchpoints.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing growth team; manage
external agencies and vendors when applicable.
• CRM & Lifecycle: Optimize email marketing, drip campaigns, and re-engagement
flows to improve retention and drive upsell/cross-sell.
• Tech Stack Oversight: Evaluate and manage tools for marketing automation,
analytics, attribution, and CRM.Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing/growth marketing, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role
• Proven success scaling a B2B, enterprise SaaS, business through performance and
lifecycle marketing
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, customer
segmentation, and funnel optimization
• Expertise in Financial Services Industry and Enterprise Sales
• Bilingual – English/Spansh
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, high-growth environments, and rapid iterationNice to Have
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
• Experience with international or multi-language campaigns
