What We're Looking For (Requirements & Wishlist) Core Experience & Revenue Growth 10+ years of hands-on e-commerce leadership experience. Proven experience scaling a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand from at least $10M to $50M+ in annual revenue. Experience leading both strategy and execution as a hands-on operator, rather than solely managing agencies.

Your day-to-day

• Develop and complete comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Lead multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms—including social media, email, SEO, content marketing, and advertising—to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content tailored for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Take full P&L ownership with direct responsibility for profitable growth and efficient budget allocation across all marketing activities.
• Drive e-commerce growth through targeted digital marketing campaigns focused on enhancing user experience, conversion rates (CRO), AOV, and repeat purchase rates.
• Build and scale marketplace presence across key platforms, including Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor and optimize core financial and performance metrics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and ROAS.
• Build, coach, and manage high-performing e-commerce teams while holding agencies and vendors accountable through measurable KPIs.

Nice to haves

• Ensure accurate tracking and unified reporting by implementing GA4 events, server-side tagging, Shopify/attribution integrations, and actionable dashboards for KPIs.
• Develop segmented lifecycle programs (welcome, post-purchase, winback) in Klaviyo/SMS to increase repeat purchase rate and LTV while protecting deliverability.
• Analyze cohorts and purchase behaviors to identify retention levers, set LTV:CAC targets, and prioritize offers, content, and channels for sustainable growth.
