About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end Meta and Google Ads and build our growth engine from the ground up.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who wants to build something from zero, not manage a team or run someone else's playbook.

What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, UAC) from scratch.
- Own CAC, ROAS, and CPL as core metrics test, iterate, and scale what works.
- Own the complete creative strategy for the paid ads.
- Build and manage conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure (GA4, pixels, UTMs).
- Run structured experiments across creative, audience, and bidding to continuously improve performance.
- Work directly with the founders to figure out what's working, what's not, and fix it fast.
- Take an ambiguous growth problem and turn it into a shipped, measurable outcome - with no big team or playbook to lean on.

What We're Looking For
- 4-8 years of hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience, with real ownership of budget and outcomes.
- Experience building acquisition from zero - a city launch, an app launch, a new brand, or a new channel.
- Comfort with data: reading funnels, running experiments, working with GA4/SQL-level analytics.
- High ownership and hustle - someone who moves fast, doesn't wait for a playbook, and is comfortable being the only person on this.
- B2B or B2C experience both welcome.
- Preference will be given to experience running Paid Ads in US Market
How We Work
- Salary - as per market standard
- This is an IC role - you're the one running campaigns day to day, not managing an agency or a team.
- 6 days Work from Office role. No hybrid
