Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our AI-based platforms. The role focuses on improving user journeys and delivering seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design (Primary) -

Lead end-to-end design process: research → wireframes → UI → prototypes → testing

Design intuitive user flows, dashboards, and interfaces for web and mobile

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

Build and maintain design systems and reusable components

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback

Ensure consistency and scalability across products

Motion & Video (Secondary) -

Create product demos, explainer videos, onboarding animations

Design micro-interactions and motion for UI experiences

Edit videos for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and social media

Translate product features into engaging visual stories

Skills & Tools:

Product / UI/UX:

Figma (must-have)

Adobe XD or Sketch

Motion / Video:

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Requirements:

5–6 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX

Strong portfolio showcasing:

Real product case studies

UI/UX projects (web/app)

Motion/video work (preferred)

Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability

Ability to balance business goals and user needs

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

Experience in startups or fast-paced environments

Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS/React)

Experience with animations for UI (Lottie, micro-interactions)
