Software Developer V

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team.

This is a remote position

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Design and deliver: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements across our digital products.
• User research and analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date: Maintain knowledge of current UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and results
• 5+ years of experience in the Federal Government industry, with a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on intuitive interactions and user flows.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
• Familiarity with conducting user research, including usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Security Clearance Requirements

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.
